The goal was to identify opportunities to improve the site’s capabilities as a B2B lead generation tool while harmonizing existing global CTECH sites and improving customer experience.

Using information gathered from the heuristic analysis of the website, I was able to ideate a Mind Map of the findings. The MM provided me with a better visualization of the site's strengths and weaknesses.

I developed a Visual Mood Board which focused on an array of key components to set itself apart from the previous site. Those components are a clean layout, high-quality imagery, bold copy, meaningful iconography, and vibrant accent colors.
